This one-story, hipped-roof house is three bays wide and double-pile. George W. Gray (horseshoer) is listed here in 1919 and 1924. Gray is also the first known occupant of 702 N. Queen Street, listed there in 1915. The house is identical in form to 707 N. Queen Street across the street.
