821 Burch Ave. - W. T. Shepherd Duplex

This two-story, hip-roofed duplex is four-bays wide and triple pile with low gable centered on the façade. The house is identical in form to the Farabow Duplex at 829-831 Burch Avenue. The building was likely constructed by W. T. Shepherd who purchased the land in 1920.

This one-and-a-half story, side-gabled house is three-bays wide and single pile with a one-story gabled rear ell; it has been significantly altered. The earliest known occupant is Rufus J. Hooper in 1907.
