This two-story, hip-roofed Foursquare house is three bays wide and double-pile with a one-story, hip-roofed rear ell at the southwest corner. County tax records date the building to 1925; the earliest known occupant is Stephen N. Davis (bricklayer) in 1930.

This one-story, hip-roofed Ranch house is three bays wide and triple-pile. The earliest known occupant is Ollie Brown in 1960.

This one-story, hip-roofed house is three bays wide and double-pile, with a side-gabled roof that extends across the façade and a a full-width gabled rear ell. The earliest known occupant is Clarence Branch (bricklayer) in 1925.

701 Linwood Avenue – Lester Bass House

This one-story, side-gabled bungalow is three bays wide and triple-pile with a full-width, shed-roofed rear ell. A stone retaining wall extends along the street. The earliest known occupant is Lester Bass (fireman) in 1930.

611 Linwood Avenue – James K. Borland House

This one-story, hip-roofed house is three bays wide and triple-pile with low gables on the side elevations and on the right end of the façade. The earliest known occupant is James K. Borland in 1925; Borland worked in a meat store on Fayetteville Street and by 1940 had moved next door to 609 Linwood. County tax records indicate a 1925 construction date, though the form and materials indicate an earlier construction.

This one-story, pyramidal-roofed house is three-bays wide and double pile with a shed-roofed rear ell on the right side and a smaller, shed-roofed addition to the left of the ell. The earliest known occupant is A. W. Harton who, by 1925 had moved next door to 809 Wilkerson; R. L. Nichols was listed in the house in 1925.

This two-story, hip-roofed Craftsman house is three-bays wide and double pile with a one-story, shed-roofed addition across the rear. The earliest known occupant is Arthur W. Harton (White Way Barber Shop) in 1925; Harton remained in the house through at least 1940.

807 Wilkerson Ave

This one-and-a-half story, side-gabled house is three-bays wide and double pile with a one-story gabled rear ell on the left side. The earliest known occupants of the house are the Gerrard family, Carrie, Duncan (carpenter), and Lula in 1905. By 1919, likely when the house was enlarged, it was occupied by Leonidas Sparrow who remained in the house through at least 1940.
