This two-story duplex is six-bays wide and four pile with a truncated-hip roof. Mattie (Barrington) Wilkerson purchased the property prior to her marriage to Cecil in 1932, and one of the earliest residents was a Mrs. A. B. Barrington in 1925.

The full hipped porch has original classical posts and a Chippendale railing that may be original. In the front is a quartz retaining wall. Mr. Bizzell was a solicitor with Met Life Ins. Co.
