Characteristic of late 1940s classical styling, this symmetrical two-story eight-unit brick-veneered building features two slightly projecting wings on either end of a rectangular main block; the four gables are weatherboarded. Each entrance held in the wings is topped by a broken pediment and urn and flanked by fluted pilasters.
