One-story tri-gable house with a decoratively shingled front gable with sawnwork bargeboard, 2-over-2 sash windows with peaked lintels with applied sawnwork, and German siding. The full hipped porch has replacement metal posts. George L. King occupant in 1930. Demolished in 2010.
