From 2022 to 2023 the current owners (Longs) renovated the majority of the home with a desire to restore the home to it's original condition. We removed the vinyl siding to expose the original wooden exterior siding, exposed the original ship lap ceilings which were covered, exposed the 4 original fireplaces which had been filled
in and drywalled over (converted to gas fireplaces due to age of bricks), restored theoriginal staircase and hardwood floors throughout the entire home, added one bathroom under the staircase, renovated the kitchen and bathrooms, restored the original windows and repaired the original pulleys that operate the windows, and
more. We also repaired any foundation, crawlspace, plumbing, electrical, and structural issues in the home. The city approved the final inspection around March 2023.
