Craftsman/Dutch Colonial Revival-style one-and-one-half-story house with side-gable roof, front and rear full shed wall dormers, an interior chimney, and a shed porch with boxed fluted posts and a simple original railing. Other features are six-over-one sash windows. Vinyl siding and trim. Eugene W. Carlton, teller at The Fidelity Bank, was owner-occupant from 1930 to at least 1940.
