Dr. Joseph Ira Coleman lived there from 1924-1930, when he diedMartha lived there in a single-family home until 1942when she moved to 1013 Rosehill and started to rent out Iredell. It was converted to six apartments by 1945. She moved back into an apartment by 1950and stayed there until her death
