These San Francisco Victorian style rowhouses were built by J. Harold Colclough Associates, a real estate developer, in 1982 and designed by Arrowhead Drafting Services, a local architect. From the early marketing, they were designed to appear “antique” and pitched as heirloom properties, even though they were brand new. Around the same time (in the late 1970s), Arrowhead seems to have also designed a railroad-era themed restaurant in a train car on Guess Road, the Wabash Steak House, so it may have been a particular specialty of theirs at the time.
