One-and-1/2 story front-gabled house of Period Cottage style, with a tapering side chinmey, a front entrance pavilion with an ornate broken pedimented surround, fluted pilasters, and a door with decorative glazing and a transom. Aluminum siding and replacement sash windows. Robert G. Hurst was the occupant in 1940.
