Jesse Bishop, vice-president of Miller-Bishop, had this two-story brick Colonial Revival pattern book house constructed in the late 1920s for his family. Characteristic of the style are the side gable roof, interior-end chimney, twelve-over-one windows, box cornices with returns, and leaded-glass fanlight and sidelights at the entry.
