Two-story Craftsman-style building with a deck-on-hip roof, a central chimney, boxed eaves, plain weatherboard, and nine-over-one sash windows. A bracketed shed-roof hood shelters the pair of entrance doors. Some of the windows are metal replacements. Charles M. Koplon, occupant of 817 in 1935. Albert Green, occupant of 819 in 1935.

Lived at 819 Arnette in the late 60s. Nice working neighborhood but I haven't been back to Durham since 1979.
