One-story side-gable Craftsman-style house with a gable front dormer with a bank of three casement windows, a gable end chimney, four-over-one sash windows, and a shed porch with Craftsman posts. Vinyl siding and trim. The house was vacant in 1925. Charles A. Lane, salesman at Elliott Furniture Co., was owner-occupant from 1930 to at least 1950.
