Duplex. Side-gabled, 1 1/2-story duplex with gable end chimneys, paired 6/1 sash windows, and weatherboard. Modest Tudor Cottage features are the steep gabled roof, gabled dormer windows, and a gabled entrance porch. The porch has replacement 4 x 4 inch posts. Bryan W. French and George W. Hall were the occupants in 1940.
