Intact one-story T-shaped house with triple--A roof and porch with slightly chamfered posts and match stick railing on "stem." Built c. 1900. Demolished 2012 by the Durham Rescue Mission for their megacampus.

This bungalow features both 8-over-1 and 9-over-1 sash windows and a full gabled Craftsman porch with a solid brick balustrade. Bonner Robinson resided here as early as 1926.

This one story hip-roof bungalow features front and side gabled wings, decorative Craftsman sash windows, exposed rafter tails, and a 2-bay Craftsman porch. Cleveland H. Crocker and his wife Julia were the first occupants.

This brick Tudor Cottage has a gabled entrance wing, 6-over-6 sash windows, and a gabled 2-bay porch with brick posts. It was the home of Sidney Webster and his wife Nannie, who lived here for numerous decades.

This side-gabled duplex bungalow features 4-over-1 vertical sash windows, eave brackets, exposed rafter tails, and a full gabled Craftsman porch. The original owners were John A. Roberts and his wife Lena. Roberts worked at Harris Filling Station.
