Building Five (dye House) - Golden Belt Manufacturing Co. / Hillcrest Hosiery Mills
A dye house built for the Golden Belt Manufacturing company in 1927, Building Five became part of Hillcrest Hosiery Mills in the 1940s before reverting to GBMC. It was restored and renovated by Scientific Properties as office space in 2008-2009.

1004 Franklin St.
This large backyard was vacant for the first 1/2 of the 20th century, but sometime after 1956, a small cinderblock store was built in the rear of 1003 Worth St., with a 1004 Franklin address. The structure was torn down by the 1990s.
