Albert D. & Sarah L. Weeks House

Side-gabled brick Ranch house with large interior chimney, a door with a stoop and a metal railing, 8-over-8 sash windows, and flanking recessed wings. The left wing is set at an angle to the main block. The right wing is a garage with a latticework brick wall. The brick is painted. The house is not listed in the 1960 city directory.

The house is first listed in the 1963 Durham city directory. The architect was William Van Eaton Sprinkle, whose plans are dated 1961.  The home was built for Albert D. and Sarah L. Weeks who owned Weeks Motor Inc. at 401 W. Geer Street.
