This one-story, side-gabled Craftsman bungalow is three-bays wide and triple pile. It has a full-width, engaged front porch supported by grouped posts on brick piers with a replacement wood railing. Small gabled bays project from each side elevation, each with windows on three sides. A shed-roofed front dormer has had its windows boarded over. The house is covered with wood shingles, has exposed eaves, stands on a brick foundation, and has an exterior end brick chimney on the left side. It has recently been renovated. The earliest known occupants are Roy S. Whitfield (salesman, Royal W. Smith Furniture) and his wife Bernice in 1930.
