Theo T. Pickett House. 2-story side-gable brick Colonial Revival-style house with a round-arched door, a small corner entrance porch with decorative iron posts, and a front bay window with shed roof. Other features are 6-over-1 sash windows and an exterior end chimney. Theo T. Pickett, a bookkeeper at R. Blacknall & Son, was the owner-occupant in 1930-1940. [1930-40 CDs]
