1-story side-gable house with Queen Anne-style finish, including decorative shingled gables and 6-over-9 sash windows. About 1950 this was remodeled as a duplex, with a brick-veneered facade with corner quoins and a dentil cornice. The 2 front doors have metal stoops with decorative metal posts. 1930 CD: Garland Hackney occupant (textile worker) 1937 SM: house has a full proch. 1935 CD: 2 tenants.
