Built in the 1920s, this shingled two-story Neo-colonial house with rear additions was occupied in the 1920s by physician Baird Brooks. A hipped roof with a dormer fonns wide boxed eaves. A single-shouldered chimney extends through the eaves on the south side; four small windows with art glass flank the chimney. A full-facade porch is held by brick piers corbelled at the top and detailed with brick stops.
