Claude Carr House. Pyramidal cottage with hipped front dormer with decorative windows and a side pedimented wing. Other features are a wraparound Craftsman porch, German siding, 1-over-1 sash windows and an original landscape window beneath porch. 1913 SM. 1930-1940 CDs: Claude Carr owner/occupant (Carr & King). C Garage. Ca. 1940. Side-gabled garage with replacement vertical siding.
This great little house went on the market in February 2013. I (GK) really wanted to buy it, but alas, I lost. I hope I lost to someone that will restore it to its deserved beauty - not some vinyl-loving slumlord. (Sold March 2013 to buyers planning restoration - VF)
