From the National Register Historic District description, which includes 1819 Cecil as a "non-contributing structure" because of its construction later than most houses in the neighborhood:
Similar in form and scale to other houses in the district, this one-story, side-gabled house was constructed about 2005. The house is three bays wide and double-pile with vinyl siding and windows. An entrance near the center of the façade is sheltered by a two-bay, front-gabled porch supported by square posts with vinyl shingles and a rectangular vent in the front gable. An entrance on the right (south) elevation is accessed by an uncovered wood deck and there is a gabled ell at the right rear (southeast).
On January 25, 2012, Trustee Services of Carolina LLC sold this property to Referral Realty US, LLC. Referral Realty US, LLC sold the house to Wu Baedong on February 9, 2012.
