Ralph E. Daniel House. Side-gabled 1 1/2-story brick Tudor Cottage with a gable end chinmey, a front gabled wing, a gabled dormer, and a shed porch set between the main block and wing. Tudor details include a batten front door, wood porch posts with brackets, a round-arched window with iron balcony in the front gable. The casement windows are replacements.. The house is not present on the 1937 Sanborn Map. Ralph E. Daniel, salesman at Borden Brick & Tile Co., was the owner-occupant in 1940. [1940 CD]
