One-story tri-gable type house with circular sawnwork vent in front gable, boxed eaves, and German siding. Alterations include replacement one-over-one sashes in the windows and replacement Craftsman era posts on the front hipped porch. Lee J. Brinkley, harness maker at B. C. Woodall Co., occupant in 1925 and 1930.
