"This one-story, front-gabled duplex is four-bays wide and triple pile. It has a stuccoed foundation, asbestos siding, and an asphalt-shingled roof with exposed eaves. Paired front-gabled porches feature molded weatherboards in the gables and are supported by slender square posts. Windows are one-over-one replacements and entrances have nine-light over two-panel contemporary doors. The building is listed as vacant in the 1940 city directories."
The house does not appear in the 1939 CD. Innies Blalock was resident in 1941.
