Quaint two-story L-shaped frame Period House exhibiting cross gambrel roofline and a three-sided bay in the front gambrel end. Constructed 1935 for Mr. and Mrs. Wade M. Bostick upon their marriage. Mrs. Bostick's brother recalls that the design was taken from an issue of Good Housekeeping magazine in which it appeared as a "New England-style house of the year”.
