OpenDurham.org is dedicated to preserving and sharing the rich history of our community. Run by our parent nonprofit, Preservation Durham, the site requires routine maintenance and upgrades. Someone at the Herald-Sun interviewed me last month about a pedestrian safety article they were planning to write, but I never saw one. (FWIW, I was rear-ended in October after stopping for pedestrians in Trinity Park; my car was totaled; I was hosptitalized for a day and a half with a subdural hematoma and concussion).
It seems Cary simply tickets their students.
It's all about cars. Argh.
