From the Preservation Durham Plaque Application (below in italics):

Lillian Hime appears in very few sources online. Record of her divorce from Harry Eldrige Hime can be found in the Herald-Sun, where she is granted divorce in the spring of 1942, claiming that they had been separated for two full years.                                    

A burglary was reported at the Hime house in Rockwood in 1935, and provides evidence that they were living at the home within a few years of the purchase of the lot in 1933.
