From the Forest Hills NR:

Steed Rollins House. Set on a large corner lot, the 2-story brick side- gable Colonial Revival-style house has a shallow front-gable wing, an entrance with 4-pane transom, a front pent roof sheltering the façade, and a dentil cornice. Other features are 6-over-9 and 6-over-6 sash windows with molded lintels, wide flanking 1-story wings, and a terrace with a metal railing. The brick is painted. Steed Rollins, vice-president of the Durham Herald Co., was owner-occupant in 1955.
