Someone who knows about restoriation please enlighten me: what's with the (IMO awful) dayglo orange window trim? This is the second house to have in on ED in the last few days. Is that period-accurate or just random coincidence?

This house was a brothel during the 1950's. And I think that the orange window trim is stunning

This house was built in 1910 and is a staple of Trinity Park architecture. It's premier location has always been an attraction to locals in the same location.

"It's premier location has always been an attraction to locals in the same location."
Huh?

I think what Durham History Buff meant to say is that "it has often been stated that its premier state is considered stately by those living in the same state."

Ah! Now I see. I was having trouble locating the meaning behind the statement.
