From the 2003 National Register listing:

One-and-one-half-story side-gabled Colonial Revival-style house with a front gable wing, a central chimney, German siding, and six-over-six sash windows. Other features are a lunette in the gable of the wing, a small shed entrance porch with a metal post, and a brick terrace. This does not appear on the 1937 Sanborn map or in the 1940 city directory. A. Cyrus Case, of Durham Music Co., owner-occupant in 1946.
