Very deep two story, brick building, hip-roofed with modillioned cornice. One story porch has large fluted brick piers. Extensively altered (doors and windows filled in, new ones cut, exterior stairs and balconies added) when converted to apartments with construction of new two-story ell in 1960s. The house dates from the late 1920s and was occupied for many years by Norman 0. Reeves, partner in Boyd & Reeves Grocery.
