Idella Rivenbark House. Front-gabled bungalow with weatherboard, eave brackets and exposed rafter tails, 4-over-1 vertical sash windows, and an engaged Craftsman porch. Alterations include the enclosure of one-third of the porch when house was converted to a duplex. A quartz stone wall retains the front yard. 1937 SM. 1935 CD: vacant. 1940 CD: Idella Rivenbark owner/occupant.
