Circa 1910 one-story, one-room-deep frame house with triple-A roof and long rear ell. Home for many years of David L. Brock, service manager of Nicholson Motor Co.

This house was completely renovated in March, 2013 by Renovision Properties, LLC. The renovation adhered to the preservation standards of the local and state historic commissions and as a result, the new home owners received historic preservation tax credits. All non-original vinyl siding and windows were removed and replaced with wood, revealing a long hidden gable window at the front of the house.
