This bungalow was built slightly later than the buildings around it - between 1920 and 1925. The solid masonry porch posts and masonry rail are likely later (1940s-1950s) additions, which I believe have been removed in a late 2000s plasticization. (Which also removed the chimneys and added some strange little dormers.)

In 1925, Thomas H. Johnson and Morton R. New were residents. Johnson was a superintendent at Durham Hosiery Mill No.2 ; New was a firefighter.
