House. 1-story side-gable bungalow with 4-over-1 vertical sash windows, a gabled front dormer window, and an engaged Craftsman porch. Vinyl covers the walls and eave brackets. 1930 CD, 1937 SM.
C Garage. Ca. 1930. Front-gable garage with German siding.
The first resident of this home was JR Stone, who owned a grocery store at 1507 E. Main Street, which later became the Andrews Store. JR Stone was able to keep a close eye on his competition in H.O. Inscoe who lived next door at 502 North Hyde Park Avenue.
Page moved out of the home by 1928, and a new resident moved in every year or two like clockwork, so I'm assuming it was a rental. Other past residents include:
1928- JW Lynn
1929- Walter O'Neal
1931- Fannie Belcher
1938- Post Office carrier Harry L. Goodrich and his wife Lelah
1939- Ira Page
