This one-and-a-half story, side-gabled Cape Cod house is three bays wide and triple-pile with a pair of gabled dormers on the façade and a side-gabled, screened porch on the south elevation, flush with the facade. The house has a brick foundation, aluminum siding, and an exterior brick chimney in the south gable end. It has vinyl windows throughout and the front door is a modern replacement with the sidelights removed. A brick stoop with concrete slab floor leads to the front door; it is sheltered by an aluminum awning and has a metal railing. The earliest known occupant is William H. Bullock (tobacco worker, Liggett & Myers) in 1950; county tax records date the building to 1948.
