This one-story, hip-roofed bungalow is three bays wide and double-pile with a shed-roofed rear ell.
The house has a painted brick pier-and-curtain-wall foundation, aluminum siding, and a hip-roofed dormer on
the facade. It retains four-over-one, Craftsman-style windows, paired on the façade, and a four-light-overthree-
panel front door. The full-width, engaged front porch is supported by replacement wood posts on
painted brick piers. There is a low, stone wall along the front of the property and along the driveway on the
north side of the house. The earliest known occupant is William Jackson (laundryworker, Durham Laundry
Company) in 1935.
