Side-gabled 1-story brick bungalow with an entrance with fanlight, 9-over-1 sash windows, and a gabled 1-bay porch with Craftsman posts, decorative brick railing, and wood shingles in the gable. Sol H. Dworsky, of Five Points Loan Co., occupant in 1930. William F. Powell, student, was occupant in 1935 and 1940.
