From the 2003 National Register listing:

Front-gable 1-story bungalow with 9-over-1 sash windows, an entrance with sidelights, and a gabled porch with Doric columns. Vinyl siding and trim. A. H. Gilbert, teacher at Duke University, occupant in 1925. Contributing garage, ca. 1930. Front-gabled garage with plain weatherboard and a side shed addition.
