Constructed in 1923 for District Court Judge S.O. Riley, this Type B bungalow was modified with the later addition of a small second story reminiscent of a monitor. The shingle- sided house is distinguished by the Japanese influenced entrance vorch attached with exposed structural members that include decoratively sawn rafter ends and cross beams; shingled porch piers rest on brick plinths.
