I've always liked this building. It's unfortunate that it's stuck out here; aside from a few scattered, threatened farmhouses, it's the only remotely interesting piece of architecture between ~the intersection of Chapel Hill Road/University and the Blue Cross Blue Shield Building in Chapel HIll.

We at RND Architects (anchor tenant and architect of the building) like it too. It's a great place to work!

Charles Nickelson told me last week that someone stopped in to visit him in the building awhile ago and thought that the building must have been an old factory. Of course it is not, but like an old factory it does have a very open feel inside with plenty of daylight.
