1 1/2-story side-gable house with much alteration, including vinyl siding, replacement sash windows, and metal posts and railing on the full hipped porch. A stone retaining wall extends along the west edge of the property. The form indicates that it may have been constructed as a mill worker's dwelling. 1913 SM. 1930-1940 CDs: Eugene Boyd owner/occupant (machine operator, American Tobacco Co.).
