Colonial Revival-style 2-story side-gable house with random-coursed granite walls, 2 gabled dormers, gable end stone chimneys, and metal casement windows. The gabled entrance bay enclosure has an entrance with a broken pediment surround. At the rear are a lower 2-story addition and a 1-story addition. Jolm L. Atkins, president J. L. Atkins Jr. Co., was the owner-occupant in 1950.
